There are 3 ways to contact the seller support basically.

1. E-Mail
2. Phone

Below are the instructions to follow in contacting the seller support.
You can either choose to click on Contact Seller Support
or follow the below steps instructions given below to contact Seller Support:

8. After you select a topic and a sub-topic, please enter all relevant details and provide as much information as possible.

One more way of contacting amazon support for sellers is to contact customer support and provide them with your full detailed problem. They can link your call to internal teams seller support.

After mailing or placing a chat, do ask for the Case ID# to keep tracking of your cases day by day in getting it resolved.

There is also to keep in mind that Amazon itself sometimes contact sellers if they are implementing a new policy in the FCs or any other services they are providing to sellers who are using FBA as a main source of their business. So it is advised to you to keep on looking into your Case Log if there is anything that needs your attention.

It’s also been observed that Amazon has recently launched its Catalog Department Chat support to provide sellers with better services and solve their issues timely.

Unfortunately, amazon does not have a fixed contact number to connect them. However, you can choose from the above options to contact them.

Sellers must keep in mind that amazon is a “Customer Centric” company and values its buyers or the customer more. Amazon is a business which will be run however its management sees fit in order to provides best services and products. Amazon business teams make decisions on the basis of data and prioritize revenue and customer experience above all else. If you as a seller don't understand that Amazon does not care about helping your business if your business is not helping Amazon, you are going to have a bad time.

So if your listings are banned or facing any other issues. Be sure to do your homework before placing a call to amazon to get your issue resolved.
